The Canvas Cement Baskets consists of heavy duty canvas liners concentrated to staves and fabricated using high strength, flexible steel bows that are mounted on the steel slip-on end collar. The baskets are not duplicated and occasionally allow traveling the length of the joint to allow pipe movement.

Sledge Hammer's Combination Plugs are provided with different sizes of Rubber Fins which help in wiping on the casing walls as well as assist in displacing the cemnt in one step. It is made of graded rubber. These Plugs are completely PDC drillable.

The Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and these are available in 4 12 " to 20 " sizes+ any sizes in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly.

The Hinged Bolted Stop Collar is available in 4 12 " to 20 " sizes. It is a single piece collar and the set crews are provided on the outer circle of the periphery which is meant for installing and is directly installed on the pipe by slipping on the casing without any hassle. It is fabricated using ductile iron therefore it has a good impact and fatigue capability.

They are made up of two pieces and hinged at the two ends making it 180 degree apart. The gripping force is applied by one of the row of SetScrew which tightens the collar to the casing firmly. They can be fastened on to the casing pipe and much easy to install.

The reciprocating cable wall is a slip-on cleaner with an internal locking device available in different sizes starting from 412” to 20”. The overlapping high-alloy cable is interlaced with a full 360 degrees around the band. The cable wall cleaner is locked into the casing and does not require the use of stop collars.

This comprises of a hinged collar and wire bristles are attached to it. It uses the hinge pins to secure the collars around the casing. On the other hand, the wire bristles are hardened and tempered. The bonding of the cement between the porous formation and the casing is improved with the use of wire scratcher.

Available in 3 12" to 30 "sizes + any special sizes SledgeHammer's Guide Shoe is a simple and economical means to run casing in the well bore. All the internal components are fully PDC drillable. This design contains an internal taper on the bottom to ensure trouble-free entry of drilling tools back into the casing string after drill out and during drilling operation.
