We have installed a Semi Continuous Decarb Annealing Furnace installed capacity of 400 M.T. per month for De-Carb Annealing and Bluing of Semi Processed Steel and thus converting the same into Electrical grade material suitable for Electrical Stampings.Under this Process the Stampings pass through different chambers which are electrically heated having positive atmosphere so as to reduce the Carbon% and develop a uniform Grain Structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material.

We are manufacturing various machines which are used in motor stamping industries for Cleating , and stacking. We also manufacture welding SPM’s for welding the serrations of the rotor. machine is supplied with a 3 axis servo controlled operating system can be supplied with single, double or three welding guns. The high accuracy servo motor controlled system deals effectively with the welding gun traverse, stator rotation and when required the angle of skew for a range of different stator requirements. For skewed stators the machine can even be programmed to follow the angle of skew. The machine is fully programmable and has the capability to store an extensive range of different stator specifications. The machine is supplied with a high precision quick release interchangeable tooling mandrels to suit your range of stator in side diameters. It can accommodate a wide range of stator sizes which gives great flexibility in production.
