In a Gas Turbine Based Co Generation plant the exhaust heat from the Turbine can be used for generating Steam through a Heat Recovery Steam generator (HRSG) or it can be used for generating Chilled water through Vapor Absorption Machine (VAM) depending upon what is the requirement of the Industry. The co-generation cycle efficiency in casse of Gas Turbines can go as high as 85%.
