Teak Plywood
We obtain a good quality veneer from the log of teak, and use it only as the topmost surface layer of the plywood. The inside layers of the plywood are made using other woods. Teak wood is a strong and attractive material that has been in fashion for a long long time. It has a rich golden brown colour and striking straight grain patterns on it that make it look very beautiful. It is also very strong and durable, and has a natural oil within its cells because of which it has natural resistance against termites and pests. At present we are selling about 3000 Teak ply every month. Targeted Sale is 5000 in a month. Mr Grade Plywood
MR Grade Plywood is moisture and cold water resistant. It is mainly made from selected imported GURJAN hardwood duly fortified with melamine, a chemical which enhances the water resisting qualities. Melamine fortified MR Grade Plywood is a superior product for a vast range of items including house hold furniture, partitions and Value Added high quality commercial wood-working. BWR grade plywood is made from selected imported GURJAN hardwood and is Phenol Formaldehyde (PH) bonded, which makes it boiling water resistant. This is our flagship brand of Plywood Division. Amul Gold plywood are made of Gurjan and Equivalent H/W cores and Gurjan Face. This product is suitable for internal and external application and all kind of furniture use.

Marine Plywood
Amul marine Plywood is specially treated plywood that is designed to resist rotting in a high-moisture environment. Marine plywood is frequently used in the construction of docks, boats and other marine vessels. It is manufactured with utmost care in the supervision of technical experts with Gurjan Core and face veneers. These are bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde BWP grade resin under high temperature and pressure. Further, the finished plywood is subjected to proper preservative treatment under vaccum pressure to ensure protection agaist insects, borer, termite and fungi.

Fire Retardant Ply & Doors
Fire Retardant is a non-leachable plywood. It is not just Fire-Retardant but it also resists fungi, insects and more importantly pin-hole borers. Selected hardwood panels and wooden planks undergo vacuum-pressure-impregnation (as per IS:5509 specification) that results in a special chemical composition which helps in forming a protective char, in the unfortunate event of a fire. Plywood is an organic material; it cannot be absolutely fire proof. However, Fire Retardant resists immediate ignition or burning, surface spread of flames and flame penetration.Amul Fire Retardant Ply & Door are available in thickness ranges from 4mm to 35mm with standard size sheet such as 8' x 4'/ It is our special product having Fire Retardant properties. Block Board
The composition of blockboard is very different from other engineered woods such as plywood, MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or Particle boards. It is made from solid blocks of wood at its core, sandwiched between layers of wood veneer (usually single layer of ply) on both its front and back faces.
