Eagle Industrial laminates are available in various grades and they are customised to meet specific requirement of specific industrial application. PAPER PHENOLICS Manufactured by using multiple layers of kraft paper properly treated with modified phenolic resin.These Phenolic laminates are used as Electrical insulation material and they are classified on the basis of their Electric properties & Water absorption. Grades : Characteristics and Application & Availibility. E-P1 : Very good mechanical & adequate electrical properties.Suitable for low-tension at non-humid weather. Applications: Battery eleminator,transformer & choke bobbin,tube light ends,control panel,condenser mountings,drill back up and drill entry and bobbin industries. Availability:- The sheets are supplied in natural coffee brown color, but can be also supplied in Black color, RAL-7032 or any other desired color. The sizes available are 1220mm x1220mm, 1220mm x 610mm, and 1220mm x 980mm with the thickness from 0.5mm to 50.0mm. This Grade is manufactured to meet the specifications as per IS-2036 of 1995 GRADE P1. Other International Specification Met are : DIN 7735 Grade HP 2061, NEMA: L1 I 1989 Grade X, EN 60893-3-4-PFCP201. It has High Electric strength in oil.Good Electric Strength in air at normal humid weather. It’s pure phenolic resin impregnated paper based sheets Manufactured as per Australian Standards AS 1795-1983, it can be easily used for Electrical Insulation Purpose. These Type X meter panels are good for machining , drilling, cutting without any unnecessary chipping, cracking ,splitting or delamination. This is an asbestos free material having very low water absorption. Type X meter panel can be supplied in thickness of 4.0mm to 30.0mm in Black color with Matt finish or any other special finish.The Sheets can be supplied in the sizes of 1220mm x 1220mm or any required cut sizes. These Fabric Phenolics Laminated sheets are made from finely woven cotton FABRIC as a filler material and customised phenol formaldehyde resin as a bonding medium. These are graded accordingly to coarseness of cloth and electrical properties. GRADE : CHARACTERISTICS and APPLICATION E-F2 : General purpose laminate with good machinability and mechanical strength. Excellent strength to weight ratio. It has good chemical resistance. APPLICATION : Shuttles, gears, pulleys, automobile couplings, structural parts, low-voltag Contact breaker, friction plates,etc. This Grade F2 material is manufactured as per IS-2036 of 1995.
