The main limitation is accuracy, system errors of less than 1°c can be difficult to achieve. fieldman sensors pvt ltd has develop and design thermocouple tips to detect and measure temperature using thermocouples of various types like b, k, r and s type. we manufacture expendable immersion type thermocouple tips with spiral cardboard paper tube which are fitted on to lance pipe and used to take the temperature of molten metal in foundry and steel plants. when immersed in the molten metal for 4 to 6 seconds the process of milivolt transfer to the microprocessor starts and the temperature is displayed on the display unit. over view of our range of thermocouple tips are as follows: thermocouple tip mini 10% (type s) / 13% (type r) / 6/30% (type b) with paper tube length of 300 to 1500mm as required according to furnace capacity. minitip is used especially for foundry plants connector type is male supporter type is plastic accuracy: 1deg celcius usage: single time used id/od: 18mm/32mm

Silica ramming mass is also known as asacidic ramming mass or silica mix, is used in careless induction furnaces, for melting of scrap, quality of acidic ramming mass is directly related to the heating performance of the furnaces. better quality of lining results in the smooth working of furnaces, optimum output and better metallurgical control. We supply all types of ramming mass as per customers's requirements.  

Oxygen lance is a Hellow electri welded tube used in various sizes from 1/8'' to 2'' inside diameter. Oxygen lance pipe comes in a variety of end finishes. End caps are provided to prevent contamination. Generally large furnaces are non tilting in type and use bottom pouring method to take out the molten metal through the tap hole. When the tap hole needs to be opened the same is done with the help of a high frequency induction welded low carbon mild steel tube which can sustaiin 750 psi pressure without leaking of suitable size 8mm NB, 15mm NB or oven 25mm NB in certain cases. Oxygen at high pressure is injected through these tubes into the tape hoel and the molten metal starts flowing. Depending on the type of ferro alloy steel plant or copper or zinc smelter the consumption of the pipe is determined. These lancing pipes are basically used to open the tap holes of bottom pouring furnaces. Our oxygen lancing pipes with long service life are developed from hot rolled carbon steel. Prior to dispatch of the range to our clients, these are passed through various tests including dimensional checking, hydro testing (pressure test), flattening test and drift test. Global standard lancing pipes are widely accepted for blowing oxygen in electric arc furnace. Oxygen lancing is a reliable method for tapping heats or for other production operations.

Top & Bottom Blocks holds Induction Coil tightly. Bottom block give the base support to hold the coil and keep in shape while tilting of the furnace.
