The Cartridge assembly consists of plates, perforated screens, spacers and fitter media. Interlocking spacers internally form single pipeline. The unfiltered liquid is centrally fed under pressure from bottom inlet. The liquids spreads out equally on each plate fitted with filter media. Solids remain on filter media and clear. filtrate flows through precisely made holes on sides of plates and collects in the shell, which then comes out through the outlet. In this process, solids are evenly distributed on each plate. The RIBBON BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. J.K.INDUSTRIES Multi Column Distillation Plant is based on FINN-AQUA design. It consist of specially designed columns which make optimum use of the principles of interstage heat exchange (Multi effect distillation method) to produce pure pyrogen free sterile distilled water for injectables as per IP/BP specification. The vapour with high velocity and under pressure passes over a SPECIALLY DESIGNED SPIRAL BAFFLE system which develops tremendous centrifugal force and thus eliminates any chances of pyrogens carry over in the vapours. By Multi Effect Distillation method significant energy (75% approx) is saved when compared to the conventional method. All contact parts are made out of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and mirror polished. All pipes and tubes are essentially seamless. The unit is mounted on sturdy m.s. tubular stand and duly painted by epoxy paint.  Operation : The pre-heated feed water (through condensor) is fed into the first column where 33% of feed water is converted into steam under pressure by outside boiler steam. The pure steam produced in the first column having temperature of 135'c and the remaining feed water goes to the 2nd column. The pure steam is used as a heating media in the 2nd column and converts part of remaining feed water into steam. In the process the steam itself condenses back into water. This process is repeated till the last coulms each working at low temperature & pressure as compared to the one before it. The steam produced in the last column is condensed in the condensor by feed water as well as cooling water. Introduction   The Mass Mixer Machine is basically mixing a assembly wherein the mixing stirrer is in horizontal position in the container & have a single speed, simple rotation. Sugar Syrup Vessel Pre-filtration unit Manufacturing Vessel Filtration unit Storage Vessel Control Panel Product Piping Working Platform This system consist of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Sugar / Water Phase to loading the Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine. The Sugar and Water, are load with vacuum system or by mechnical system or manually. The Sugar Syrup Vessel is supplied with high speed stirrer & electrical heating ( In small model ) / steam heating facility (In bigger size model ) .The sugar syrup is prepared at required temperature & are transferred to Manufacturing Vessel by vacuum or by transfer pump. The product during emulsion formation is recirculated through In-Line Homoginizer or Liquid Transfer Pump. (Optional Facility) The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel. The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area ( if it is small capacity ) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer Pump. Or Storage Vessel remain fixed ( In bigger size) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine. The entire Plant can be operated by centralised operating panel by one operator. Salient Features : The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper. All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps. All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction) The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade). All contact parts are of S.S. 304 quality material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and are crevice free. The entry of stirrer & high speed emulsifier are from top. In-line Emulsifier ( as per customer choice ) provided on demand. (Optional) All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized. All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 ( as per customer requirement ) seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints. The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections, so that customer can use these facility, if have CIP & SIP equipment. All values of temperature & time of the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. Ampere indicates on Ampere meters. A micro processor based automatic operating plant can be designed as per requirement. (Optional) All the inlet & outlet connections are provided with tri clover joints, which are very easy for cleaning & replacement.

Operating principle: Volumetric and Vaccumetric. Syringes are equipped with perfect suck back arrangement to avoid dripping. fill volume can be adjusted with the help of adjustable eccentricity of ram shaft. No bottle - No filling arrangement. Foaming & spillage is avoided due to diving nozzles. Fill volume upto 5 ltr. Available upto 8 heads depending on requirement. Multitrack conveying system either of S.S/delnin slats. S.S. light canopy with black and white background is placed above conveyor. Three track having either side un-inspected & center inepected goes for further labelling. Manual pick up from un-inspected track & found ok, place in center track for further process. Can be designed as per container & requirements.

Operation :   The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates.As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance. Features : Horizontal Plate Filter Press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from product. Filter plates are available in two sizes. Deep plate for large percentage of cake holding capacity and Shallow plate for small percentage of cake holding capacity. The horizontal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better filtrate quality. The Filtration area and cake holding capacity can be increased or decreased according to requirement.

These are used in HVAC applications and refrigeration, and differ in the types of plates and the configurations of those plates. Regenerative heat exchanger that is used to warm the fluids to be used in the process and the same type of fluid is used either side of the heat exchanger. Dynamic heat exchangers that are commonly used for heating or cooling of high viscosity products, crystallization processes, evaporation and other high fouling applications.

Operation: FLUID BED DRYER is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heated by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & reating turbulance in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer. Suitability : The conventional drying method of drying products in tray dryer is rather inadequate and trouble some. They occupy large floor space, have very high drying times, are labour intensive and offer uneven drying. On contrast Fluid Bed Dryer occupy comparatively lesser floor space, are very easy to operate & can dry material in least time as compared to tray dryer. In Fluid Bed Dryer, temperature distribution through out the product is uniform and the heat transfer rate is very high. Due to the reduce drying time high production rates are achieved.  As the product is in close contact with drying air at low temperature and also for short duration, the physical and chemical properties of the products are generally not effected and therefore the dryer can effectively be used for heat sensitive products. Due to the continuous movements of product during drying lump formation, case hardening etc. are minimized.    The Fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products.  The Fluid Bed Dryer is not suitable for drying liquids or pasty materials. Fluid Bed Dryer : Electrically / Steam & Thermic Fluid Heated in which general structure, made out of mild steel & coloured in Standard Model & made out of S.S.304 quality material & polished to the matt finished in GMP Model, but contact parts i.e. Product Container and Retarding Chamber, are made out of S.S.304 / S.S. 316 quality material, with Non-Flameproof blower motor, ( Flameproof motor provided on demand ) suitable to dry wet material. The capacity ranging from 10 / 30 / 60 / 120 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 500/ 650/1300 Kgs., with Steam heating / electrical heating & thermal Heating facility. Special Features : Uniformity in drying and reduction in drying time.  Atmospheric inlet air is filtered by means of non woowen filter cloth. PRE /MICRO V & HEPA filters can be provided on demand on extra cost to prevent any fine dust to pass through the products.  Digital temperature indicator cum controller for inlet air & Digital temperature indicator for outlet air, are provided for electrically heated model.  Digital temperature indicator are provided for inlet & outlet air, in steam / thermic fluid heated model. ( Temperature controlling valves will be in customer scope of supply )  Manually operated air dampers provided to control the inlet and outlet air flow.  An explosion safety flap of adequate capacity at the rear of dryer and an earthing point to prevent static charge in the machine.  Contact parts RETARDING CHAMBER & PRODUCT CONTAINER are made out of SS304 & polished to the mirror finished and other parts are made out of SS 304 and polished to the matt finished in Gmp model & made out of m.s. & coloured in standard model.  Optional (Provided on Demand on Extra cost) PRE /MICRO V & HEPA filters can be provided on demand on extra cost to prevent any fine dust to pass through the products.  Pneumatic system for Lifting of product container & finger bag shaking with butter fly valve.  Flameproof motor with weather proof / flameproof enclosure for operating panel.(It is recommended in steam heated model only. Operation : The Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts made out of stainless steel of required grade by customer. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.   Salient Features : The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.  All contact parts are made out of stainless 304 or 316 quality material, as required by customer.  Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.  Manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching. The same will be provided with ss cover & limit switch. ( In 200 Kgs. & above model )  Two nos. of safety road will be provided at back side. ( One LH side & one RH side )  Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning.  One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffels with mirror polished provided inside the cone.  Cone will be mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure will be matt polished.  All moving parts covered with SS304 covers.  Safety guards made from SS304 pipes provided in front of the m/c with limit switch.  Panel fabricated from SS304 material with facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. tarter, digital timer & Amp.
