Triple Glazed Insulating Glass
Krishna tuff insulated glass are automatically sealed combination of two or more sheets of glass separated by dehydrated airspace. The air space between the glasses is filled within air or gas like argon gas which provides better insulating performance. Typical the aluminum spacer is grilled with desiccant to prevent condensation and improving insulating performance. Toughened Glass
The toughened glass is made from out of annealed glass through the process called thermal tempering to give the glass the required strength. This type of glass is 4-5 times stronger than a simple annealed glass and is more resistant to the thermal stress. Toughen glass can bear up to 295oC as against the simple annealed glass that can withstand only up to 40oC-50oC. Information Heat strengthened glass is similar to toughen glass. The most important factor of heat strengthened glass is that is has very less wave distortion as compared to fully toughen glass. This glass breaks into slightly bigger pieces and move towards edges. It is approximately 2-3 times stronger than annealed glass. WE have one of the largest toughening plant in Gujarat having capacity of producing the maximum size of 3660mm * 2460mm with wide range of thickness from 4mm to 19mm. We have facility to perform toughening process for high profile glasses such as, Reflective glass. ST series glass and KT series glass. Laminated Glass
Laminated glass is made by squeezing PVB sheet between two glass panes. Sealing is done by passing a series of pressure rollers and then by the process of autoclaving. During the manufacturing of the laminated glass, chemical and mechanical bonding is developed between the glass and the PVB sheet. These glasses find their uses for security and safety purposes and can be used in:Application: Automotive and transport industries Building and housing products Building facades Car windshields Properties Due to the chemical bonding between the PVB and the glass, the laminated glass remains intact even if there is any breakage.The material used in the PVB material has a visco-elastic property which in helps in the reduction of sound and hence provides acoustic insulation.Benefits: Istallation is simple just like any other glass. It is durable. It is very safe for overhead glazing. It reduces transmission of Ultra Violet rays and so protects the furniture from getting faded. Protects people from injury as the glass remains intact even if it is broken Provides greater safety and hence commonly used in the places that require higher security, such as jewellery shops and partitions. The thick layers of the glass can withstand bullets and bomb blasts.

DGU Insulated Glass
We offer two types of Units:Double Glazed Unit (DGU) /Insulated Glass: DGU insulated glass is made by combining two or more glass sheets together separated by a dehydrated air space between them.
