Wellhead and X-Mass Tree are the primary pressure controlling equipment of any oil well. The arrangement of the Wellhead and X-Mass Tree items are customized to suite specific customer requirements and site conditions.Equipments are designed to the Pressure Ratings of 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000 PSI and Temperature Ratings of K, L, P, R, S, T, U and V, PSL Levels 1,2,3 and 4, Material Classes AA, BB, CC, DD, EE and FF as per API 6A and also meeting Sour Service in Compliance with NACE Standard MR 01- 75.

Wing Unions manufactured by Shreeraj Industries are used for quick connection of suction and pressure pipelines for Gas, Liquids, Oil, Crude, Sludge and Dry media. Robust construction ensures reliability even under the most arduous operating conditions. Hammer Unions are manufactured by Shreeraj Industries in accordance with service conditions in sizes 1” to 6″ with pressure rating up to 1000 bar. Hammer Unions for Sour Service are manufactured in accordance with NACE MR-01-75 and API RP-14E. FEATURES The conical and spherical surfaces of the female and male subs respectively form an effective metal-to-metal seal incase of low-pressure services. For Medium Pressure, mostly a nitrile ‘O’ ring is provided in the male sub in addition to the metal-to-metal seal. For High Pressure, a lip type seal ring of nitrile is provided for Primary Seal in the female sub. The seal protects tie secondary metal-to-metal seal from corrosion and limits fluid flow turbulence.For Sour service applications viton seals are provided. Shreeraj Industries offers NPST (Non-pressure Seal Thread) Pups in size 1”-3” Fig 602 and 1502. The NPST connection offers a light weight pup capable of 6000-15000 CWP with a connection that isolates the thread from fluid’s flowpath. This connection is permanent and is well suited to abrasive applications where a welded connection is not desirable. Shreeraj Industries manufactures a range of API 6A Gate Valves. The rugged design ensures reliable and trouble free service. The valves are of full bore design with an expanding gate feature to provide positive shut off on both upstream and downstream seats. Shut-off is achieved by a parallel wedging action of the two gate segments which mechanically brings the gate and seat into metal to metal sealing contact. The seats have non-metallic inserts, which serves as wiper to keep the gate faces free from solids. The sealing is not affected by pressure variations or vibrations. The body cavity can be lubricated through fitting to ease operation and resist corrosion. The valve can also be repacked while under pressure. In case of need, seals and seats can be removed and replaced without removing the valve body from the line. For remote operation, valves can be fitted with electric or pneumatic actuators.Produced in sizes from 2.1/16 inch to 4.1/16 inch with rated working pressure up to 5000 PSI, the valves are offered with flanged or threaded ends. Body, bonnet and trim materials can be offered to meet NACE. TIGHT AND POSITIVE SEAL: The valves adopt expanding gate operating principal to give a tight and positive seal against both upstream and downstream seats under a wide range of pressures and environmental condition. FULL FLOW:The full round bore (Through Conduit) design allows the fluid to flow through the valve smoothly without causing turbulence and minimize pressure drop. The absence of surface cavity eliminates the accumulation of foreign matter and allows passage of tools through the valves. LOW OPERATING TORQUE: Superior packing and thrust bearings reduces the torque. LONG SERVICE LIFE:Coating of molybdenum disulfide on the gate, segment and stem part provides low friction protective shield, which also guards against certain type of corrosion. Seat is fully protected from blow, in both open and close position and also because of their large seating area they give exceptionally long service life. TWIN SEAL PROTECTION: The valves incorporate reinforced PTFE seats, which give simultaneous seating action against upstream and downstream sides. ONLINE REPAIR ABILITY:Online replacement of seals and seats is possible and stem packing can be added to the packing box while the valve is under pressure.
