It is used in mortar and concrete as an admixture to increase water resistance, wear resistance and durability.   Advantages : Excellent bonding old to new concrete. High resistance to water penetration Increases durability and toughness.   Area of application : Concrete repair: Spelled concrete, repairing floors and pre-cast slabs. External Rendering: Waterproof, weatherproof and frost resistant render Waterproofing: Basements, water towers, tanks, effluent tanks, swimming pools, bedding tiles fixing or re-fixing slip bricks, bonding new concrete to old.   Direction for use for Concrete Repair Bond Coat : Application of CETCRETE SBR cement slurry in a ration of 1:1 as bond coat on the entire existing substrate including the reinforcement.   Modified Mortar : Filling up to cover zone area by CETCRETE SBR modified mortar at a nominal thickness of 25 mm as per following mix design : Cement : 50 Kg Sand : 125Kg CETCRETE SBR : 10 Kg Water : 6 to 8 Lt.   Direction for use for waterproofing coating: Remove all dirt and loose particles from the surface by wire brush. For best results, damp the surface before coating. Pour the CETCRETE SBR one part of liquid into a suitable container. Add lumps free 2 part of cement to the above mix and mix for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain smooth, lump free slurry. Apply the mixed material with a stiff brush marking out the area apply like a paint. Keep stirring the mixed material to avoid setting during application and apply within 30 minutes after mixing. Apply second coat after 6 to 8 hour of first coat with other direction   Coverage : 2 sq. mts. per kg in two coats depend upon application and surface.   Packing : Supplied in 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg & 225 kg
