Machine is equiped with IP 67 class junction box along with 3 pole MCB for protection of the motor.

We are using Havells-Lafert make flange mounted and VPI treated motors to meat international standard and higher efficiencies. These motors are directly coupled with gearbox which elimintes requirement of Pulley and belt. Which reduces the frequent settings and maintainance of belt with motor position. Due to direct drive and standard motors the efficiency of torque tranmission is achieved above 90%. Moreover these motors are internationally available in most of the countries. In this model, we have provided very digital angle selection display with three presets. Now no need to have pin hole setting for different angles, just incrase the dial in C/w direction to increse the angle up to 180 degree and to decrese the agnle by rotating dial CCW direction. The use of three preset knobs is to set three different angles and just rotate the dial to that set knob to achieve perticular angles for example 45, 90 & 135 degrees.
