Water Tube High Pressure Boilers
These are fully water tube design boilers for high pressure steam requirements. Water circulation through the boiler may be either natural circulation due to density difference or by forced circulation. Advantages The heat of combustion is utilized more efficiently by the use of small diameter tubes in large numbers. To avoid large resistance to the flow of water, Powertherm boilers have a parallel set of arrangement of tubes The boiler components can be arranged horizontally, giving greater accessibility and operational convenience. All the parts are uniformly heated; therefore the danger of overheating is reduced. Also thermal stress problem is avoided. The tendency of scale formation is eliminated due to the high velocity of water through the boiler tubes. Can be converted to liquid / gaseous fuels as well Capacity Range This, high pressure boiler is available in capacities from 10 TPH to 25 TPH.

...moreWaste Heat Recovery Boilers
Fuel is money. The more fuel we burn in a boiler, the more money is spent. Hence even a few per cent saving in fuel bills amounts to huge savings annually. Due to this, we provide novel products like Waste heat recovery boilers. As the name suggests, the heat going waste from the process like flue gases of Diesel Generator sets is utilized in these boilers to generate hot water or steam. Since no fuel is fired, whatever heat we recover in the boiler is free of cost. These boilers are designed to recover heat from waste flue gases from DG exhaust, Furnace exhaust, Kiln exhaust, incinerator exhaust etc. to produce steam or hot water based on the application requirements of the plant. The amount of steam generated or of heat transferred is controlled by the quantity of heat available in the flue gases. These can be fire tube or water tube type as per the design requirements. Tailor-made solutions are offered based on specific requirements of customers and the boiler design is integrated into the system requirements. Since these boilers operate on waste heat, there are no fuel bills to operate these and hence they offer very handsome pay-back of investments. Capacity Range These are offered in tailor-made capacities as per requirements.

...moreSteam Trap Assembly
A steam trap is an essential element of a steam distribution piping system. As steam flows through a pipe, it cools off due to heat losses and converts into hot water; this hot water is called condensate. The function of a steam trap is to release condensate so that only steam remains in the system. In addition to condensate removal, a steam trap also performs air venting function, thereby increasing the thermal efficiency and reliability of the steam distribution system

We can design a suitable sized accumulator as per customer's needs and process demands.
...morePressure Reducing Station
We provide Steam pressure reducing stations for process application of Steam at a pressure lower than that of steam generation pressure of the main boiler. Our PRS is a pre-engineered unit having reliable quality components for trouble free service. Most of the process industries use steam at different pressures for different applications. Hence, a properly sized PRS is required for efficient distribution of steam with minimum losses. Steam Distribution Header Steam distribution header is usually located inside the boiler house. This could take inlet of steam from 1 or more boilers and distributes steam to the process lines as per the quantity & pressure requirements. The size of header depends upon the no. & size of connected boilers and the out-flow lines. It is also installed at places where different pressures are required in process at different locations. These are designed as per IBR requirements and can be supplied with accessories like valves, NRVs, steam trap assemblies etc.
