Radiata pine Substrates are treated with Borax and Boric acid composition at 70 - 75 C° to make it proof against the attack of Micro-organism, Fungus, etc etc. Then same are carefully seasoned to % Moisture content of 4 - 6 % before subjecting to hotpress treatment to produce the compact block boards. Finished panels are VacPressure treated with fixed type of preservatives non-leachable type which provides virtually life long service protection. 15 years warranty against Borer and Termite attack. PP technology: In this technology improved Phenolics resin with various active ingredients ensures the penetration of chemical preservatives into the wood fiber of each ply before it is further treated with HPT technology to make the End Product more stable, Warp free and 100% Powder free providing excellent shield to termite attack.
