It is used in the sealing of PS / PVC / PET and PP containers containing cheese spread, yogurt, butter jams, jelly, water, etc.

Holographic threads are fused into the blister foil in such a way that hologram becomes the part of blister foil and cannot be removed or tampered.Our foils are of high quality and are consistent and reliable.The aluminum foil is directly embossed (max width 160mm) hologram image on the surface of aluminum foil. It's embossed by hologram nickel shim. Post this,a customized holographic image is transferred on the aluminum foil using advanced technologies.

Our aluminum foils are soft in reel form, one side laminated with film, and other side printing primer coated. These foils can be printed to customers' requirement or un-printed. It is used for strip packing of tablets and capsules.  

Aluminium Blister Foils Hard aluminum foils is the push through lidding material that is most widely used in Europe. The foil usually has a thickness of about 25 micron. However this may in time be reduced to 15 micron. The hardness of the aluminum facilitates push through opening. Usually only the print-primer side features a printed design, but occasionally the side with the heat-sealing lacquer can also be printed. A double coat of heat-sealing lacquer (a heat sealing primer and the actual heat-sealing lacquer) has become the standard for lidding materials.
