The configuration has top fixed drive roll and moveable bottom role with loading mechanism and helper drive for preventing power loss through slippage. Roll positioning for hard / soft roll is as per requirement of better paper release tendency or power savings. This universally accepted design is available in all deckle and diameter ranges.

Press Rolls, Dryers, Pope Reelers and felt Rolls.With our two German Machine namely Voith and Waldrich Siegen we can grind the job upto 6 mtrs Deckle and 2mtrs Diameter with an accuracy less than 5 microns. Be it be Paralled Grinding or Cambering CIPL provides it with Superfinished Surface Finish. Cover Size, Bearing Size , Coupling Size are also maintained and grind by us in case of worn out or New Rolls.

Our Camber Roll includes both Hard Chrome plating type or Teflon or Rubber Coating Type.Supplying up to the deckle of 5 mtrs we have successfully delivered these Camber Bow Rolls to many prestigious clients.

We have now launched Tube Loading Doctoring Systems. In compassion to the doctors which are still in use. This technology is far ahead as it makes use of the air tubes which run across the complete doctor, thus applying the same pressure of blade through the complete length while the previous version do so more at the corners resulting in less accuracy and less life. This Doctor is made of complete Stainless Steel mounted on fabricatedcast base and thus can be used in Dryer and press sections also with least detrimental ef led t from Steam and Moisture.
