Molten metal is poured directly on moulds in a very balanced system to pour metal into the moulds weighing from 22 to 25 Kg. each, without any over flow from the moulds. The continuous casting of the moulds using Ingot Caster Conveyor Machine saves fuel as well as manpower. Lead Ingot Caster Conveyor or Ingot Casting Conveyor consists of number of moulds fixed on Standard Attachment Chain which rotates at very slow speed around the chain sprockets fixed on opposite side of the machine. These Chain Sprockets are driven through electric motor & speed reduction gear boxes. Molten metal is poured from one end of the machine and the casted mould falls down automatically from the other end of the machine after cooling. The cooling is done by water spray on the moulds as well as self cooling takes place during solidification while moving from one end to another.
