Mechanism of Action of LEDIFOS TABLET 28s: Sofosbuvir Inhibits The RNA Polymerase That The Hepatitis C Virus Uses To Replicate Its RNA.Ledipasvir Inhibits An Important Viral Phosphoprotein, NS5A, Which Is Involved In Viral Replication, Assembly, And Secretion. Special Precautions for LEDIFOS TABLET 28s: Bradycardia With Amiodarone Coadministration: Serious Symptomatic Bradycardia May Occur In Patients Taking Amiodarone And Sofosbuvir In Combination With Another Direct Acting Antiviral (DAA), Particularly In Patients Also Receiving Beta Blockers, Or Those With Underlying Cardiac Comorbidities AndOr Advanced Liver Disease. Coadministration Of Amiodarone With Sofosbuvir In Combination With Another DAA Is Not Recommended. In Patients Without Alternative, Viable Treatment Options, Cardiac Monitoring Is Recommended. Pregnancy:
