Zincalume Bolted Steel Tanks Zincalume Steels: Zincalume steel is produced by the advanced technology which makes our tanks more durable due to its non-corrosive property and enhanced strength. It is up to four times superior than Galvanized steel as it has coating of AZ150 which consists of 43.5% Zinc, 55 % Aluminium and 1.5% of Silicon. Tank’s shell is made of corrugated sheets and stiffened by W-shaped stiffeners as per design. Liner: we offer a wide range of liner technologies according to the applications. Our reinforced liners which are both side PVC coated has capacity to take pressure of 2 Kg/cm2 and are suitable for pH 4 to 9. It is thermo-welded by specialized machine. It is anti-algae, UV stabilized, food grade and non-reactive in nature. Relocation : It can be relocated, dis-assembled and its volume can be increased or decreased by altering its height in later stage. Maintenance: These tanks are light weight, easily transportable, maintenance free and customizable as per environment and terrain. Roof : It has self supported dome roof and is equipped with ventilators, manhole, and roof access for easy climbing. Durability : Designed life is 30+ years. Shape : It is available in cylindrical shape, but can be customized in cuboids and cube shape. Colours : It comes in various aesthetics colors like cottage green, Toba Blue, off white etc. Safety Features : It is equipped with circumferential handrails, toe guard, cage ladder, resting platforms, pvc cap on bolts etc. Water Level Indicator : Float & board type level indicator is commonly supplied with tanks.
