Mica Paper board is a reconstituted muscovite mica paper, which impregnated, bonded with heat resisting silicone resin. Mica Paper are pressed under heat and high pressure to form rigid sheets. Mica paper Board has good mechanical, electrical and thermal properties. It is hard and rigid, silver- brownish color. Mica Board withstand to 500°C continuous operating temperature. It occurs low smoke on initial heat first time. Applications are base and covers plates for elements for Toasters, Hair dryers, air heater, Electric Irons as well as many domestic appliances heating elements and are also used in Industrial applications.
