GOA MINING AND SPAREPART PVT. LIMITED, a company registered under Companies Act is established since 2001 in Goa India. We import and export a wide variety of spare parts used in construction and mining machinery viz. Caterpillar, Kobelco, Komatsu & Hitachi etc. We are also dealing with trading of used heavy machinery (construction, and mining equipment).
The company with its proven track record is supported by a group of experienced professional specialists in the field. We have a team of full-time mechanics and memorandum of understanding signed directly with manufacturers of heavy earth moving and mining equipment and machinery in India and abroad. We have in-house capacity and factory facilities to test and rebuilt machineries. We also deal in selling over hauled and re-conditioned machines base on customer’s needs.

GOA MINING AND SPAREPART PVT. LIMITED is a company formed at the initiative of Mr. Gopalakrishna an experienced Technocrat later registered under Companies Act to become a legal entity in 2001. M/s Goa Mining And Sparepart Pvt. Limited , a concern dealing in import of heavy Earthmoving machinery spares as well as component level repair of earth moving machineries, more particularly, machineries fitted with hydraulic system was established in the year 2001 by Mr. Gopalakrishna, which was diversified with import and supply of heavy earthmoving machineries and spares, owning and hiring out of such machineries and contracting construction & mining projects where such machineries could be directly deployed. Goa is a tiny State of Indian Union where mining of iron ore is main business activity. The popularity and confidence earned by Mr. Gopalakrishna through his dedicated services earned him a huge array of clients and for facilitating time bound and reliable services to them.
Mr. Gopalakrishna made his first business tie up with M/s Kian Ho Bearing Ltd., in Singapore and United Motors Heavy Equipment L.L.C Dubai (to sell Berco Brand Undercarriage parts & BYG GET) and had never looked back thereafter. Also ship hydraulic system repair, rebuilding of hydraulic pumps and troubleshooting arrangement with M/s. Anda Hydraulics Asia Pte Ltd., Singapore (Contact Person Mr. KC Hong MD). And recently we had exported a Kobelco Hydraulic Crawler Crane to M/s JPN Industrial Trading Pte Ltd., in Singapore . As the business volume and diversity increased, for better transparency, legality and versatility, present Company was incorporated in 2001 with an objective of achieving customer satisfaction by importing and supplying all kind of heavy machineries and taking up the regular maintenance and repair thereof in house. . After delivering quality performance in domestic markets and satisfying various domestic clients, we spread our wings to international markets of China & Dubai to buy and sell the equipments such as wheel loaders & excavators etc.
In the year 2008, we have commenced our business relationships and patronage with M/s FOTON LOVOL, leading earthmoving and agricultural manufacturers of the Republic of China. Though the relationship commenced with buying one hydraulic wheel loader FL958G by the company for own use, later the company has been named as the sole distributor for their products in India. The company has so far imported quite considerable numbers of wheel loaders and supplied to the Indian customers from M/s FOTON LOVOL and the business relationship is now established. In the coming days GOA MINING AND SPAREPART PVT., LIMITED will be functioning as the sole channel partner, importer, distributor and service facility for M/s FOTON LOVOL China in the whole Union of India.
In the year 2011 the Company got associated with Cenwin Mining Company as a Vice President for their Mining Project at Pahang Malaysia creating modern integrated beneficiation plant for hemitiade iron ore Project. Responsibility involved case study, design, procurement installation, testing and production management.
In the year 2013 we started exporting construction and mining equipment exporting to different countries namely Brand new Kobelco Hydraulic Crawler Crane, Brand new Kobelco Hydraulic Excavator, Export Agent for Terex Finally Mobile Crushing Equipment. Used Hydraulic Excavators and Material Processing Equipments
Also we are one of the supplier to BEML (Ministry of Defense) Retro fitments of breaker pipelines for their excavator model BE220. Our Scope of contract with BEML include design, manufacture, erection and testing.
Our turnover is around 230 million out of that we earned foreign exchange 3.5 million US Dollar in the year 2013-14. We also member in Federation of Indian Export organization, a statutory body set up by Ministry of Commerce , Government of India.
