Inspection Belt for Tablets and Capsules is specially designed for visual inspection of Metal Detector for Tablets and Capsules from all the sides. 100, 000 tablets per hour can be inspected on this new cGMP model by employing two Operators, thereby reducing inspection cost considerably.Tablet Inspection belt consist of stainless steel complete body, Hopper, from which tablets fall on a magnetic Vibrator that removes chips and dust from the tablets and feed them on conveyor belt for one operator to inspect one side of the Tablet Metal Detector. These tablets are automatically passed on another belt for second operator to inspect the other side of the t ablets ( Min size of the tablet 3mm & Max. size of the Tablet 25 mm). The intensity of the vibration of the vibrator can be varied to ensure smooth falling of tablets on the belt, similarly speed of the belt can also adjusted so that Inspection rate can be increased-depending on the percentage of the rejections. Two foot switches are provided for Operators. Tablets to be inspected are filled in the hopper and are automatically placed on conveyor belt by a vibrator. An operator inspects the ' Front' of the tablet at one end of the belt, and at the other end, the second operator inspects the ' Reverse' side. All stainless steel construction. Machine completely' disassembles ( with Less tools) for easy cleanup Removable tablet hopper and Vibratory shifter. Stainless steel dust collector as integral part of removable hopper/ shifter section ( optional) . Rotating brush for tablet positioning ( optional) . Belt is food grade endless type, with auto tracking for long life ( Optional ). Variable Belt Speed. Vacuum pick up nozzle ( optional) High intensity tube light fittings for clear Visual of tablets. Magnifying glass ( lenses) for zoomed view ( optional ) .

Such particles enter the product (tablets / capsules) from deteriorating processing equipment components such as warn sieves/ splintered dies. This metal detector removes metallic contaminants automatically and without production interruption from a stream of tablets or capsules. A metallic contaminant in the product changes the high frequency field within the detector coil, which in turn activates a reject flap by means of a solenoid. The metallic contaminant is reliably rejected with very little loss of material due to the extremely fast and short activation of the reject flap. The metal detector chute can be quickly and easily dismantled for routine cleaning and product changeover.
