Battery Revival Unit
BRS is another unique product offering from the Group. The BRS has been designed to revive a “virtually dead” Battery. The impetus to design this product by our R&D team came when we realized during our marketing endeavours that there is a huge inventory of “virtually dead” Batteries lying with Institutions, Defense, Telecom players, Solar players, Automotive OEMs, Logistic players, Banks, etc that are not being put to use due to its inability to store and hold charge. More often than not such a situation arises also due to non/sporadic use of the Battery as the process of sulphation continues unabated during this period as well. The State of Health of such Batteries is less than 60% and is not even potent enough to provide nano current that can allow our Battery Life Enhancing System to de-sulphate. The BRS works on similar technology that BLESS works, except that it has facility to provide external charge to the Battery. BRS is affixed with such Batteries for 2/3 days within which period the Battery parameters improve to the levels that can allow the Battery Life Enhancing System (BLESS) to work. The BRS then is removed and BLESS is attached and left thereat.BRS offers huge saving opportunity for such organisations. The product is eco-friendly and helps in procrastinating eventual disposal of Lead. General Comments: Such revived Batteries will need to be fixed with BLESS else the rate of sulphation will increase manifold. Not fixing BLESS will accelerate the deterioration of the Battery. BRS works when the health of the Battery is above a thresh hold level. All dead Batteries may not get revived for it will depend on the intensity of sulphation. Short- circuited and leaked Batteries do not get revived by BRS Sporadic cases have been seen during the course of revival that Batteries develop short circuit or leakage On a fair estimation basis, the success percentage of revival amongst sulphated batteries may be around 75%. The average life of any Lead Acid battery is 3.5 years. Thus, within a span of 10 years two replacements of Batteries are done normally. These replacement costs can be avoided with the usage of our product BLESS. We have priced our Product very attractively at a fraction of this cost. A lead-acid cell produces voltage by receiving a (forming) charge of at least 2.1 voltscell from a charger. Known as Storage Batteries, lead-acid batteries do not generate voltage on their own they only store a charge from another source. The size of the battery plates and amount of electrolyte determines the amount of charge lead-acid batteries can store.The white powder is on the terminals of a lead acid battery is a sulfate crystals. It’s the physical signs of lead sulfate crystals which interfere with your battery’s ability to accept, hold and deliver a charge. As a battery ages through use or sits unused for periods of time, lead sulfate crystals enlarge and can build-up excessively to the point where they create a physical barrier across the surface of the plate. Before long, this build-up can become so dense that a battery is no longer able to accept or release energy.
