Single Cone synchroniser rings consist of just one cone as aptly named. Movement of selector moves the whole dog clutch until the cones make contact, when the friction brings them both to the same speed. Continued movement of the selector causes the internal spines of the outer sleeve to engage with the dog teeth and the gear. Our Synchronizer Rings synchronize drive gears and shafts in manual gearboxes to ensure that equal evolutional speed between the shaft and the gear is reached while shifting. We use special manufacturing processes such as Liquid Honing and Lapping.

We have a state of the art manufacturing facility with Forging presses & CNC turning centers, well equipped with quality equipment such as 3D co-ordinate measuring machines and contour tracers for quality checks.
