It has long-stalked, green, reniform leaves with rounded apices which have smooth texture with palmately netted veins. it is used as a medicinal herb in ayurvedic medicine. Creating an herbal infusion: Mix the brahmi powderwith ashwagandha, tulsi, neem, amla and bhringraj. Boil some water and add it to the mixture. Allow the herbs to create an infusion with the water. All you need to do is allow the water and the jar to sit overnight in a jar with a tight lid. After the infusion is ready, strain the leaves and the powder out. Use the liquid that you get to rinse your hair after shampooing it. This is a time consuming process that you may only try over the weekends or on your day off. 2. Make a paste: Add the brahmi powder, amla powder and ashwagandha powder into a bowl. Mix them well and slowly add warm water. Stir the powder as you add water to make a smooth paste. The consistency of this paste should be similar to yogurt. Allow this mixture to soak for a while and then apply it on your hair. Let the paste dry completely. After that, you can rinse it off with only water for nourished hair. This is a process that does not consume too much time. 3.
