Sweet water concentration plant: SW Concentration Plant is essentially multiple effect evaporation system operating under vacuum. The vacuum system is a package unit based on steam jet ejector. Thermocompressor is employed for energy efficiency. Each effect consists of an evaporator (heat exchanger), vaporization chamber and, a droplet separator. The concentrated glycerine (crude glycerine) is transferred to battery limit under temperature control.
