This process entails inspection, buffing, building, repairing and curing. The top surface of casing is buffed and a thin coat of vulcanizing solution is applied. A fast cure cushion gum is applied on the surface of the tyre. Precured tread, with a readymade design suitable to the tyre is built on it.

tyres are buffed on a programmed laser centered buffer for precise uniformity, radius and under tread thickness. This semi-computerized buffer detects the Steel belt (Radial tyre) Nylon Plies (Bias tyre) using the laser and buffs such that Steel beltNylon Plies are not damaged unlike in Manual buffer, which weakens the tyre strength.
