The Kleenoil Filtration System is a multi-purpose fluid cleaning and transfer rig, which is available in different models. The system can be used to clean most mineral oils such as hydraulic, gear and transmission oils, diesel type fuels and many soluble oils and fluids. In its static form, it can be permanently connected to large fluid reservoirs where the machines and engines are in constant use. As a mobile trolley it has a wide variety of applications, such as oil and fuel transfer and rotational cleaning of factory machinery.

Ferrous & paramagnetic contamination is the most damaging of all the foreign matter that is found in any fluid, causing pump, gears, slideways & valve wear and increasing fluid degradation. Each particle that is left to re-circulate in the fluid will generate more particles, which will generate more particles, and so on. Unlike conventional filters, Filtramag is not particle size sensitive; if the particle is magnetic, no matter how small (even sub micronic) the Filtramag will remove it !

Automag compact Skid is a cost effective solution for smallmedium sized applications where fluids are fed from a dedicated self-contained tank.The Automag Compact Skid attract contamination by specially designed magnetic rods configuration and allows the clean fluid to be returned to the process. The contamination collected in the magnetic rods automatically purged at a pre-decided time and moved through the holding tank to the reclaim unit.This contamination is separated using high intensity magnets in semi-dry cake form and dirty fluid returned to the dirty tank.
