Training in high impact drills help students build better balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, stamina, strength, cardiovascular health, and muscular endurance to create a much healthier student who is motivated to set goals. And to stay on course to achieve the goals while being focused and disciplined, creating self-confidence and self-esteem.   The Plan To teach quality classes with Certified World Shitoryu Karate Federation licensed instructors that focus on improving every student each class. As well as to get on a personal level with each student so that the student can be properly taught according to his or her ability, desires, needs, thoughts, personality and body type to produce a student who has reached his or her full potential moving forward to a continued journey of success.
