  Usually a 3 layer LD film with high barrier properties, structural integrity and appropriate sealing properties. Printed using food suitable, fat resistant, and fridge inks. Inks will not come off on rubbing or in contact with milk.   A layer of varnish can also be added for a shine to the packet.
