Steel wheel rims for two wheelers are rolled at Bangalore and Manesar, assembly is done at Hosur, Mysore, Chennai, Nalagarh other than Bangalore and Manesar. The wheel rim plants are equipped with imported wheel forming, dimpling, piercing, spoke tightening and assembly machines and a tri- nickel chrome plating plant.

The plastic injection moulding is done at Bawal, Manesar, Pune, Haridwar and Bengaluru with injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 850 tons catering to the automotive and white goods industry. The Manesar plant is also equipped with Gas Injection Moulding facilities.

Smart Key System allows the driver to unlock, lock and start the vehicle without using the Key FOB. The vehicle is automatically unlocked when a button or sensor on the door handle or trunk release is pressed.

andhar Tooling Pvt. Ltd. has the capability to produce plastic moulds and Zinc & Aluminium PDC Dies ranging up to 1250 X 1000 mm and 5 tons. Indo Tooling Pvt. Ltd. a joint venture with JBM Group at Indore produces stamping tools ranging up to 3000 X 2400 X 1000 mm, plastic molds Zinc & Aluminium PDC Dies up to 1000 X 900 X 950 mm, forging dies and jigs & fixtures.

Vehicle security system is based on an intelligent communication interface between the Electronics Control Unit (ECU), the key transponder and BCM or Engine Control Unit as a single unit. It is designed to meet the latest International security requirements. Immobilizer can also be integrated with RKE, PKE into a single Electronic Control Module (ECM).

This provides Vehicle Security with Vehicle Tracking System. The device sends SMS Call alert in case of ignition & vibration detection in a Vehicle. Real Time location of the vehicle can be tracked on user mobile phone with GSM & GPS Locator. The vehicle can be remotely LockedUnlocked without any range limitaation. The device also has features like tilt detection and rash driving detection (Excessive braking acceleration).

A wide range of electronic flashers with multiple ratings for 2 wheelers and 3-wheelers. Electronic Flasher can replace Electromechanical Flasher Relay on target segment of lower load, with maximum inrush current up to 150-200A. Sandhar flashers are AEC qualified and has features such as Over Temperature Protection with limited restart, Over Voltage Protection, Reverse Polarity Protection and Over Current Protection.

The Group produces external door handles with optional locks both in plastic and zinc. Internal door handles, grab handles and window winding handles are available in plastic and zinc with options of painting, chrome plating or powder coating.
