The Bry-Air® Seed Dryers and Seed Storage Systems dry and preserve seeds without affecting their quality. Seeds need to be preserved for short term and long term for future use ..replanting as well as research. Seed ageing and ultimately death occurs due to time. However, it is possible to ensure long survival of seeds by controlling temperature and relative humidity. Reduction in temperature and moisture content ensures increased seed life. Seeds can be preserved for long period by lowering the moisture content of seeds to around 5%.This is achieved by drying the seeds. Conventionally, seeds are dried at elevated temperatures which destroy their germination potential. Bry-Air Seed Dryers, based on the state-of-the-art Desiccant Dehumidification Drying Technology, dry the seeds to the required level in approximately eight (8) hours without affecting their quality.Seeds dried prior to storage can regain moisture and suffer damage if not stored under controlled conditions. Dried seeds can be preserved for years in dehumidified stores without loss of germination potential. These ovens are suitable for removing moisture from plastic granules, epoxy potting, organic/ inorganic pulp, roasting / drying of food products like dry fruits, corn flakes and other edible products. The product is placed inside the oven on the trays for the drying, curing or the roasting process. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 200 degree C. The sizes range from 6 Trays to 288 Trays. Each tray of 400 x 800 MM is capable of carrying approximately 4 – 5 kg’s of material to be processed. The panel can be mounted on the side or on the top of the oven depending on your requirement. Insulation of 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation.   Product Description Construction: The oven is made out of mild steel from inside & outside and insulated with 100 mm of mineral bonded wool. It is painted with High Temperature aluminum paint from inside and given rich enamel finish from outside. Oven can also be made in Galvanized / Stainless steel on request. Choice of Air circulation: Vertical, horizontal or combination  Trays of size 800 x 400 x 30mm will be provided along with the oven. The trays are made out of aluminum 1.2 mm thk. Sheets, Stainless or G.I. Trays are also available on request. Exhaust vent with manually adjustable damper. Heating media: Electric / Gas / Diesel Control panel with Standard Controls Voltage Stabilizer: in case of gas/diesel fired heating system  

Cabinet type drying oven suitable for drying of granular material/powders/slurries etc. Unit made of mild steel sheets supported on a sturdy angular frame. It is double walled and the space between walls is insulated with material/powder/Slurries. Best quality glass wool to ensure that there is no drop in internal temperature. The material is loaded on trays which can either be directly put into the chamber on fixed angular supports or on a trolley depending upon the model of the unit. Efficient cross flow of air is ensured by a system to specially designed fans and air inlet.
