Goals shape us! Since we are born that is a common fed perception. But how do we shape our goals? As we grow, this becomes the bigger question. Often, we are found to be tempted to buy a book or learn a course on how to achieve our goals. And sometimes, we force ourselves into a resolution or a promise of self-treatment. If you are here I am sure the path is not as easy as you imagined. Well we understand it too. The most important factor of the entire goal setting process is to assess skills and resources. Based on that one realizes the amount of work that goes into it. This calculated measure in many instances is draining, rather than inspiring.
