METHOD OF USE: THAWING: De-freeze in Microwave for 2 minutes or running water for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. After thawing, keep it on hot pan contaning little oil, saute it for 4 minutes or microwave for 2 minutes or roast for 5 minutes
