Mustard cake which is also called de-oiled cake. It is a by-product in the manufacturing of Mustard Oil. It basically used for cattle/buffal/poultry feed as a supplement, aqua feed, organic manure and having some industrial use. It contains proteins, fibre and fat. Daily feeding in a range of 1-2.5kg to a cattle/buffalo can increase the milk production and improve the health as well. The cold extraction process of mustard oil unable to extract 100% oil therefor oil remain between a range of 7-8% in de-oiled cake. The cake, we manufacture is 100% pure and best of quality.
