Globex g-100, and globex g-50 are advanced multi-action state-of-the art automobile coolants, manufactured as per jis-k-2234, class llc, and astm d 4656 perfected after years of thororugh research. These are based on latest organic acid based technology, and provide a service life of 50,000 km. While the traditional coolants are unable to protect aluminum, globex series is ideally suited for modern aluminium alloy engines and aluminium radiators. Globex p-100, and globex p-50 are eco-friendly coolants with low toxicity and hence enhanced safety for environment. Their protection is similar to the g series.

These are also based on solvents. These have low viscosity, which together with appropriate additive formulation enables wet surfaces to be dewatered as part of the protective process. Traditional dewatering fluids providing interstage protection for components directly after machining with water miscible cutting fluids. Rustoff series is enriched with special additives that can handle relatively higher tds in rinse water applied prior to rust preventive dip – hence the name desalinating.

Protective oils are available in a wide variety of viscosity ranges, but all are designed to leave an oily soft film on surfaces without the use of a solvent, so avoiding some of the disadvantages of solvent-based materials. The protective coating oils are applied by dip, spray brush or circulation. For larger applications, such as for instance, application of protective oils to metal strip at steel mills, these fluids are applied by electrostatic spray, and therefore are designed to achieve the correct electrical characteristics.

Solvent-based fluids, which deposit a coating after the carrier solvent has evaporated, have been a traditional form of protection. Usually these have a lower viscosity, which help penetration and in reduction of film thickness for greater coverage and better aesthetics.
