We are offering Stone Cutting Diamond Wires that are rubber coated and available in various designs for the purpose of cutting hard stone. All Stone Cutting Diamond Wires are produced with 40 beads per meter in the well-known yellow rubber assembly. This rubber assembly protects the steel cable extremely well and increases the wire strength. The beads start with diameter 11.3 mm and can be used down to diameter 8.5 mm. GENERAL INFORMATION We offer two different kinds of beads: Sintered beads Electroplated beads On sintered beads the standard diameter is 11.3 mm, for low powered machines andor fast cutting application we recommend sintered beads with diameter 10.3 mm. Electro-plated beads are recommended for non-abrasive materials and block dressing. For the wide range of marbles and limestone’s worldwide HE has different options: Traditional assembly with springs Plastic and spring assembly Rubber assembly The standard on calcareous stone is the traditional spring assembly with various options (26 to 32 beadslm). The use of flat springs in combination with plastic assembly is patented by HE and shows a huge improvement in terms of lifetime of the assembly. Therefore we can avoid to replastify the wires. The rubber assembly with 28 or 32 beads protects the steel cable very well and is recommended for abrasive marbles with a performance up to 40m² per meter.
