We Design & Manufacture planetary, helical, worm, bevel and customized gear drives for wide variety of applications. Our drives are designed to AGMA standards.
PlanoDrives Asia Pvt. Ltd., started its operation in 2011 at Zuzuvadi, Hosur, TN. with Design, Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing facility spread over 23000 Sq.ft. Our state of art design facility uses advanced Gear design, Modeling/Drafting & FEA software's to cater to the niche market of customized gear drives. The assembly facility has the capability to handle large gearboxes weighing more than 10 tons. We have skilled manpower & vendor base in and around Hosur and Bangalore to cater to the unique needs of manufacturing.

Our successful operation involves the Design, Manufacturing and Reverse engineering & spares development of gearboxes for Automobile industry, Sugar industries, Antenna drives , wind mill and water treatment plants.
We have designed & manufactured planetary gearbox's with torque rating up to 245000Nm and Power rating up to 140kW.
