Wire Pointing Machine is suitable for the pointing of different types of materials i. e. M. S. High Carbon, Aluminium, Copper etc. The machine is mounted on fabricated frame travelling on Wheels and therefore, suitable to serve several drawing machine.     The pointing rolls working on principle of rolling are both driven by power and by hand. The pointing rolls are made ofEN-31 and ground finished.

Like our earlier 'N' series machines, these machines are capable of producing different types of nail heads and points. OPERATION: The wire form wire coil passes through straightening rolls and fed intermittently into the gripping dies which close firmly head of the nail. The grip is loosened now and the required length of wire is fed forward. Then the cutting tools cut the point a little forward of the grip leaving sufficient wire projecting to form the head of the next nail. This sequence of operations is repeated at each revolutions of the machines and the nails are produced constantly. CONSTRUCTION: The frame of the machine is extremely rigid, all moving parts are of ample dimensions and precisely made from quality material under strict quality control, which ensures the smooth running of machine in spite of high rate of output. DRIVE: Keeping in view to-day's technology, our machines are equipped with well proven 3 shaft system. The main shaft controls Heading, while two side shafts control Grapping, Cutting operations and nail length operation, through gears, which ensures the accident-free motions. WIRE FEED: The wire is feed through connecting-rod. The setting of the desired length obtained quickly and easily. PHOSPHORUS BRONZE: The bush are made from Phosphorus Bronze and are of ample dimensions. While manufacturing, care has been taken and provided with continuous approach of oil which ensures the smooth running and long life. Phosphorus Bronze containing Copper - 87 % , Tin - 12 % & Remaning Others etc. which ensures the smooth running and long lasting.TOOLS: The setting of the machine is made very easy and less time consuming; even unskilled operators are able to handle the machines without difficulty after a short time observation. Their special feature is round type Gripping dies which gives 8/10 times the service of common flat dies normally used in similar machines. CRANK SHAFTS: The main crank is counter-balanced and runs in 4 bush in oil bath chamber. Even smooth running and equal distribution of loads ensure long life. LUBRICATION: The bevel gears and the crank shafts are totally enclosed in oil chamber and require no attention, except periodical checks.   Due to policy of continuous improvements, we reserve the right to alter or amend the design of machine without prior notice.

The longitudinal wire may be either 12 Swg. or 14 Swg. And wire of barbs the usual 14 Swg. or thicker guage according to buyers instruction. The pitch of barbs in variable from 3” to 6”. Production : (For 8 Hours a Shift at 75% efficiency)

Gear of Phosphorous Bronze and Worm is High Carbon Steel immersed in oil bath reservoir in the body of the machine to absorb its heat of action while in load to maintain a longlife of gear set.          Shafts and worm are fitted with extremely heavy duty Ball and Roller Bearing. Oil seals are provided where necessary. Die and Block are water cooled, arrangemehts of water circulation fitted inner side of the drum for cooling the drum and intensive water cooling arrangement provided for the Die box to ensure life of dies.The machine is supplied with guards.

Extra Heavy Duty, Barbed Wire Making Machine are particularly suitable for the production of barbed wire to I.S.I. or to any other standard. The longitudinal wire may be either 12 Swg. or 14 Swg.            The Wire drawing Machine may be driven by squirel Cage or slipring Electric Motor which one is automatically Electric controlled with inching and push bottom control Emergency and wire break control and devices to suit all types of wire drawing machines. The foot switch Tip Control performed for threading the dies smoothly and after the dies have been stripped up the starting of drum operation at full speed is consequently controlled. In case of Wire Breakage the left hand blocks are disconneted automatically by means of stopping device. Whereas the right hand blocks continue the operation and after welded the broken Wire the standing drum are connected so that the production is not interrupted, Volt, Amp Meter and pilot lamp are provided with the pannel Board for General inspection.
