Submersible Pump Pump Model-VS Application- Under Ground Water      FIELD OF APPLICATION :-   Irrigation   Drinking Water Supply installations for cities and rural districts.   Fully automatic domestic supply installations   Service water supply installations for industry and commerce   Air-conditioning installations   Fountains   Mining drainage   WET TYPE SUBMERSIBLE PUMP SPEEDS 2880 RPM :-   MOTOR :-         VENUS Submersible motor is a wet type, squirrel cage induction motor of 2880 R.P.M. suitable for 415 V/220V, 50Hz, 3/ single phase, A.C. supply. The windings are made of waterproof Polly/PVC. Insulated Copper wires. The motor shaft is guided by sleeve bearings of special lead bronze having extremely high wearing capacity. The axial thrust produced by the pump and Motor is taken care by means of single titling pad thrust bearing. The winding and bearing bushes are cooled and lubricated by pure water filled in the motor before erecting pump set. The motor is protected from well water sand and foreign materials by means of cable gland and rubber seal etc. The thrust bearing housing is provided with a drain plug for filling and draining water.     PUMP :-          The pump is multistage type of latest hydraulic design for maximum performance and operating efficiency. Impellers are dynamically balanced. The stainless steel shaft is lapped to close tolerances, guided by water lubricated rubber bearings, provided at in each bowl of impeller casingA strainer is provided at in to the suction casing. A stainless steel coupling is provided to couple the motor and pump. A non-return valve is provided just below the rising main. Hydrostatic test is conducted on each pump set 2 times the maximum discharge pressure.VENUS pump sets are manufactured and tested conforming to IS : 8034-1989, specification for submersible pump sets for clear, cold, fresh water. 

  These Capacity of pumps give in the table are calculated and based on a vertical lift of suction of 1 M and a vertical delivery of 1m with     full stroke at the rate stated.   A foot valve should be fitted when suction lift is more than 2M.   In case the liquide is to be forced more than 4M above the pump, vertical check valve on the delivery pipe is desirable.   Flange Details   SIZE :- 0-5 >> Have oval flanges.6-10 >> Have round flanges.0-8 >> Have vertical lugs and are fitted with single handle.9-10 >> Have horizontal lugs and are fitted with single handle. Note : 1. Chemical Pumps of non-ferrous/stainless steel construction are also manufactured against specfic requirement.2. The maximum working pressure for these pumps are recomended for 2 Kgs/cm2 Approx. 3. Also avaliable with built-in check valve system for developing high pressure 3 Kgs/cm2 - 5 Kgs/cm2.

NOTE :-   Last figure in Numerical indicates stage/stages B. Indicates Ball-Bearing at the Driving End of the Pump BB. Indicates Ball-Bearing at the both sides of the Pump Motor B. H.P. recommended above includes ample margin when pumping reasonably clean, fresh & raw water In case of liquids of higher specific gravity larger B. H.P. recommended i.e., M.O.C. & accessories may be supplies in alternative Metals as per requirment s.s/Lithium Metal etc. Pumps are also availaable to suit engine drive.

  Hydraulic Test Pump Model- HPApplication- Pressure Testing     ‘VENUS’ Single Piston Hand Operated Hydraulic Test Pumps are robust in construction and simple in design for longer life. These pumps are widely used for testing the equipments such as Pressure Vessels, Pipes, Valves etc.   ‘VENUS’ Hydraulic Pumps are available in six different models which cover the range from 500 PSI. to 6000 PSI .Model H-5, H-10 & H-15 are manufactured out of Cost iron body with S.S. & G.M. Internals with built-in Check Valve and release systems. Other models such as H-30, H-50 & H-60 are manufactured in Gun Model body /Forged Steel with built-in Check Valve and Double Release system to isolate the Pump Body from pressure. Every Pump is supplied with M.S. Fabricated Tank, Pressure Gauge, 2 Meters High Pressure House Assembly with suitable Steel Adopters (1/2” dia. B.S.P.Female Thread ). The Pump Unit is mounted on Tank Tripod Stands.

High Pressure Pump (Boiler Feed) Model –VTApplication-High head / Feed.

Field of use :-     Pump can be used for pumping of lube oil 0-100’ E (200-325 SSU) viscosity. Revolution limits for various liquids according to the size of the pump & working pressure are approximate. Fully automatic domestic supply installations.    a) 1500 RPM –for normally flowing oil and other self-lubricating liquids.    b) 1000 RPM-for transport of denser self-lubricating liquids.    c) 200-600 RPM- for heavy oils, tar, molasses, varnish, syrup, etc. Standard Pumps are suitable for maximum temperature of liquid is 1500c. Other material of construction such as GM. Stainless steel etc. Pumps fitted with much, seal, and ball bearings are also available on demand request.
