Fungicidal wash recommended on fungus-infected areas to ensure removal of it. Add 1 part of clean water to 2 part of Royal Touch to make it a paste, add 1 more part of water and stir thoroughly. Ratio of Royal Touch is to be 1:1 by volume. Use a cleaned brush to apply Royal Touch make sure for stirring frequently. Do not keep the mixed Royal Touch on new walls if necessary and two coats for old at the minimum interval between coats be 12 to 15 hours. Do not paint the surface, which is exposed to direct sunlight or during, rainy, foggy or frost weather.   Note : Blue and green shades on exteriors are liable to fade. Avoid dark shades over large unrelieved areas exposed to rain, wind & direct sunlight.
