T S PUMPS & VALVES PRIVATE LIMITED , is situated in Industrial Estate, Gokul Road, Hubballi – 580 030, KARNATAKA, INDIA, Hubballi is about 410 KM by road from Bengaluru and Pune and is connected by Road, Rail and Air.
TSPV commenced its commercial production in the year 1992.
TSPV is housed in an area of 890 Sq. meters, employing 50 personnel in all. It is well equipped with Machines and Team of Personnel who are trained in manufacturing Standard Valves and Special Valves with NACE requirements, Bonnet Extension (Cold Box), Full Valve Jacketing, Motorized and Geared Operated Valves, etc. and in all Special Materials like Duplex Steel, Monel, Alloy-20, AB2, Hast-B/C, etc.
TSPV caters to the needs of all major sectors like Oil and Gas, Petroleum Refineries, Chemical and Fertilizers Plants, Process Plants, Boiler Manufacturer, Water Treatment Plants, Power Plants, etc, and exports its products to Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Kuwait, China.TSPV has documented Quality Systems to meet the requirements of ISO- 9001: 2008 and OSHAS 18001-2007 standard to ensure that its orders are processed, products manufactured and services rendered meeting the customer’s requirements.
TSPV have a full fledged in–house Design department. The complete range of products are designed and developed by this department and it is ensured that it meets the relevant standards.
TSPV manufactures all products in accordance with the guidelines set by various standardization institutes all over the World such as the Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), Manufacturers Standardization Society (MSS), American Petroleum Institute (API), and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
TSPV emphasis on Quality Assurance and Design Parameter, and the Team works as per guidelines laid in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). TSPV has in its Team well experienced and Qualified Engineers heading the Departments of Design, Quality Assurance and Production with dedicated team of Technical Staff working under them.
TSPV is proud to mention that we have been approved by many Project Consultants and have proved our ability under various prestigious third party Inspection agencies.
