Our personnel are sincere and loyal to their duties with pleasing manners our personal are concerned under ESI & PROVIDEND FUND. (Our ESI No. PF. No )
We provided raincoats, winter coats & batons, lathes etc to our security persons.
We always maintain wages as per the minimum wage act in force.
We promptly pay the salary to the security staff on receipt of payment every month. We carry our checks during day and night on daily basis and surprise checks frequently.
NOTE : Whenever the increase in minimum wages by the GOVT. OF A.P. & T.S.the difference to be paid accordingly.
Troches cells and Stationary to be provided by your management for the meeting of the security and other needs.
Entire administration of our personal will be our responsibility with the terms agreed between us. The personnel will be the employees in our payroll.
Our personnel will be under the functional control of your management represented by a concerned officer. The security personnel will be neither develop intimacy with your employees nor join in the employees union.
CONTRACT
The initial contract will be for the period of one year and thereafter it can be renewed on mutually agreed terms. The termination/withdrawal of services is to be intimated by giving one month notice on either side in writing.
COMMENCEMENT OF AGREEMENT
We will be in a position to provided the above services normally within ten days of your acceptance of our terms and conditions duly entering in to contract / Agreement.
