Tubular heater elements and flat Firebar elements are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, these heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient. These versatile heaters can also be formed and shaped into various geometries for radiant heating and contact surface heating applications.

Tubular heating elements are vast in bulk and modificaions are the main expertise in our manufacturing criteria. Tubular heating elements perform exceptional heat transfer by conduction, convection or radiation to heat liquids, air, gases and surfaces. In most heater assemblies, tubular element design configurations vary — round, triangular, flat press and formed. Thermocouple elements are passive temperature sensing elements that are useful over a wide range of temperatures.They are highly sensitive to small temperature fluctuations and respond quickly to temperature changes. Since thermocouples sense temperature differences and not absolute temperatures they are known to suffer from temperature drift and require recalibration to remain accurate temperature readings. Wide range of specified thermocouples are manufactured by our expertize according to the requirement of the customer.

Single Ended Tubular Heating Elements are of similar construction as our standard tubular elements.  They terminate at one end which can simplify wiring and installation.  They are available in .315" and .475" diameters. These are most commonly used in molds and other heat transferring metal parts as well as open air applications and immersion applications. Tubular Heaters are available in a variety of sheath materials with temperature capabilities up to 1600°F (870°C).

HL" series hydraulic oil heaters are ideal for heating oils used in fluid power and machine lubrication applications. "HL" series hydraulic oil heaters are designed with low watt densities (approximately 10 WSI) to allow direct immersion into the storage vessel without degrading the oil or "coking" the heating elements. They are used to maintain a desired temperature within hydraulic or lubrication oil reservoirs. We started our manufacturing for higher power density as well. 

Flexible insulated-wire probes include a straight insulated cable without a handle. These probes can be easily bent and mounted on walls or around corners. These types of thermocouples are most commonly as of normally used thermocouples.
