On the other hand multi-zyme can also be alternatively used by reducing the energy levels thereby, lowering the production costs per tonne of feed, while maintaining the previously achieved performance of the flock. multi-zyme is an enzyme complex produced by aspergillus oryzae by a unique controlled fermentation. The product is tuned to contain the required optimal doses of. a) alpha amylase b) protease c) xylanase d) cellulose e) rnaase. this enzyme complex has been specially produced to cater the needs of the corn-soy based feed on the poultry industry.
