Final safety checks are made via the control panel on the lectern. The cycle can then be activated Multi-directional nozzles deliver the vapour, switching to automatic aeration (via parametric control) after the gassing phase is complete The touch screen displays the cycle progress and indicates when the cycle is complete At the end of the cycle, HPV levels are manually checked from outside the room and the area is then rapidly put back into service

Operational Principle The operational principle of this instrument is traditonal electrolyzing lye. The conducting medium in the cell is water solution of KOH. The membrane between the two electrode chambers is for the navigation electrolysis equipment. The cell is made up with the membrane and the grid electrode with good anti-corrosion and mass transfer. After electrifying direct current, the electrochemical reaction of water molecule occurs. It produces oxygen on the anode, and hydrogen on the cathode. The reaction equation is as follows: anode: 2OH--2e → H2O 1/2O2↑ cathode: 2H2O 2e → 2OH- H2↑ final reaction equation: 2H2O → 2 H2↑ O2↑ The pressure control, protective pressure, flow display and flow tracking are all automatic control. The hydrogen output is self-regulation according to the using hydrogen flow under stable pressure.
