Vibro sifters are used for raw material sieving in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry. Raw material is fed through in feed hopper and there is a sieve of required mesh size through which the sieved material falls.   There is Vibro motor and spring type suspension system through which the vibration of the Vibro motor are transmitted to the sieve chamber. Vacuum Tray Dryer is used to dry temperature sensitive materials under vacuum atmosphere in static type of dryer. Vacuum Tray Dryer ensures complete vaporization of moisture and drying of the product. Vacuum Tray Dryer is normally used to dry pharmaceutical and allied products. They are box-shaped and loaded and unloaded via a door (two doors on the larger models). Inside are several heating plates mounted one above the other on which the product is placed in trays.   The bottoms of both heating plates and trays should be as smooth as possible to permit optimal heat transfer between plates and product. Tabletop is fixed to the same structure made out of SS square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. The double cone blender consists of two cone shaped sections with 45º slopes. The cone sections are welded at their wide ends to a centre band. The blender is mounted between two trunnions that permits the unit to tumble end over end. In operation, material is loaded to a fill level of 50 to 60 % of the blender’s capacity.   The blender tumbles and the material in the vessel spreads out. The transition area at the band between the cones prevents the material from sliding along the inner wall and instead causes the material to fold over itself. This provides gentle mixing with only very slight shear.   The blender is ideal for soft powders of granules that degrade by attrition. The smooth transition area in the vessel also simplifies cleaning because there are no areas to trap particles and cross-contaminate batches. Contra rotary baffles with mechanical seals at both ends can be provided for critical mixing applications.   SALIENT FEATURES  he conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge. The COLD STORAGE is double walled construction pre-fabricated with puff insulated sandwich panels with cam lock system with air tight for effective cooling system in the room.
