The platinum pharmatech ribbon blendercomprises of a u-shaped horizontal trough and a double helical ribbon agitator rotating within. Ribbon blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are well balanced to provide movement of material within the container and prevents dead spots and delivers rapidly the product.

The platinum pharmatech pulverizes are designed for wet and dry granulation, pulverizing and sizing of crude drugs. The product is fed to the processing chamber through a screw feeder from the hopper. The product is subjected to centrifugal forces from a high speed swing beater, and against a liner plate and is milled to required size and made to pass through a sieving screen for delivery of the final product. Feed control from the screw feeder is consistent while the final product is uniform in size.
