This model comes in two capacities only. 100 Kg & 150 Kg per batch of rendering as is most desirable for R&D by institutions. The Digestor of the Rendering plant is heated by thermic oil which is in turn heated by electrical immersion heaters. The waste inside to bring it to a temperature where it is sterilized and cooked. In this process it is also homogenized and ultimately vacuum dried before the 'Meat & Bone Meal' is ready for discharge.
