manufactured in the state of the art fully automated Continuous Rolling mill having a capacity of 0.25 Million Tons per Annum. Our Rolling Mill has facility to roll TMT steel bar with the most modern CRM (CENTRE DE RECHERCHES METALLURGIQUES), Belgium Tempcore Technology (Themo-Mechanical Treatment) which is the quenching process used by producers in the nation namely Tata Steel and Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. The re-bars are manufactured by incorporating the following into the Rolling process.The Billets are rolled in fully automated continuous rolling mill having 20 Passes. Cobble shears are provided after 8th Pass and 12th Pass for providing the front end cutting, back end cutting and cobble cutting. Loppers are been provided in the finishing area for Tension Free Rolling of bars to give uniform stock during rolling.
