Our Egg Trays are uniquely designed to prevent egg breakage during handling. They are sturdy and comfortably accommodate eggs up to 65 gms size without breakage. They can take a vertical moving load up to 90 kgs without getting crushed. Our trays are made out of specially formulated recycled polyethylene which is as strong and durable as virgin polyethylene. The superior quality sun fasting colours that we use do not fade even with longer period of sun exposure. The eggs shown in all the pictures are about 65 gms. Along with our sister concern TP Equipments, we have a capacity to produce 15000 plastic egg trays per day, greatly reducing the lead time against large orders. Names of the customers will be printed on the trays for orders above 3000 pieces.

Our Chick Transport Trays are used to safely transport Day Old Chicks from Hatcheries to the commercial farms. As chicks have a limited store of nutrients at the hatch, the conditions in transport have a significant impact on their physiological condition. We have designed our Chick Transport Tray with utmost care to deal with the oxygen shortage and provide unhindered ventilation. Our trays permit tower staking during storage and transport. The surface of our tray is smooth and non-stick in nature and can be washed and disinfected easily. The anti-microbial property of our product does not allow microbes to live or grow in the pores of the plastic where the disinfectant may not reach, thereby eliminating the possibility of contamination.

Our free flow design of the cage feeders allow maximum and uniform availability of crumble feed / mash feed to the first week chicks, thereby improving the early health and first week body weight of the chicks, kick starting the production cycle on a healthy note. After placing the feeder in the cage our top loading design allows dispensing of feed without opening the cage door, using a 'Funnel Fitted Pipe'. Our uniquely designed bottom of the cage feeder prevents the feeder from being pushed around in the cage by the chicks, there by stopping the feeder from moving under the water nipples which may result in moist feed and subsequent growth of mold in the feed.
